   Our classes are designed to provide kids with an engaging and high-impact fitness experience. We utilize a range of speed and agility drills, along with resistance training, to ensure our participants are getting the most out of their session. Our classes are designed to challenge and motivate kids to push themselves and reach their full potential.

Class Schedule per age group:

3:30-4:30 pm 16-18 yrs old

4:30-5:30 pm. 12-15 yrs old

5:30-6:30 pm. 8-11 yrs old

  • Take Part In our 60 Min. High Intensity Drills with other kids.
